We produce nickel and nickel/cobalt leading edge abrasion strips for use on composite helicopter and propeller blades. The maximum length produceable is 18 feet with a hardness range of 400-550 DPH with no clamshelling or springback of the strip verses the electroforming mandrel. The strips are available primed or bare depending on the customer preference with no pitting, cracking or other detrimental defects.
